<strong>Direttore<\/strong> del <strong>Muma<\/strong> museo del Mare Milazzo, Guida escursionistica, autore del libro \u201c<strong>Guida alla natura di Capo Milazzo<\/strong>\u201d, accompagna turisti e studenti per i sentieri del Capo da pi\u00f9 di 10 anni. Impegnato da anni nella salvaguardia del mare e nell\u2019attivit\u00e0 di recupero di tartarughe e cetacei in difficolt\u00e0 o spiaggiati.<\/p><p>Nel 2017 ha effettuato da solo il <strong>recupero<\/strong> dello scheletro di un <strong>Capodoglio<\/strong> di 10 tonnellate poi ribattezzato <strong>SISO<\/strong>, morto a causa di una rete illegale a largo delle isole Eolie e passato alla cronaca per la grande quantit\u00e0 di plastica ritrovata nel suo stomaco. Dopo averne ricostruito lo scheletro ha fondato il MuMa-Museo del Mare di Milazzo sito nell\u2019antico Castello di Milazzo, all\u2019interno del quale si \u00e8 tenuta la conferenza del Ministro dell\u2019ambiente Sergio Costa. Fotoreporter, Vice campione italiano di Fotografia subacquea nel 2015, ha allestito numerose mostre naturalistiche.<\/p><p>Membro del Comitato Tecnico Scientifico del Museo della Fauna dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 degli studi di Messina. Collabora con diverse universit\u00e0, enti e associazioni di ricerca.
